What IS Champi Massage?And better still, how do you pronounce it? Try (chomp) (ee) ma(ssage). Champi is a massage therapy. Champi is practiced around the world. Although sometimes thought of as synonymous with Indian head massage, it would more accurately be described as a short massage that targets the upper body. Originating in India and made popular by the barbers, a champi is a short massage that can include hair oiling and water spritzing. Typically a champi will last from 2-15 minutes. Champi Training is now provided worldwide.
